Is the Countdown Clock stuck in Standard Time or have I warped an hour into the future?

I'm going to start a countdown clock for noon PDT 3/13. See if I am seeing things or not.

You know what the real weird thing is? I went into my User CP options(here on SD) and changed my settings to EST..and while your post time changes, the countdown timer did not. I wonder why that is? :scratch:
But yeah you're right...it is an hour off..
Cursed DST time....
