Can anyone assist in this please?

Thanks.

Check your spam folder - are they going there?

No. They are not coming at all. Thanks for the response, though.

Hi iwantitfree :)

Maybe try changing your notification to both PM and email?
Try that, and see if you get the PM ... then you will know if it is just an email problem.

Try a practice one maybe with a real common term, just to see.

I don't see notification of responses by pm as an option? I do have notification of pm's by pop up and email. Pop up is working, email is not.

So, to summarize,

I do not get email notifications of posts to subscribed threads nor email notifications of new pms.

Hotmail sends our emails to the black hole for whatever reason. On our end, their servers acknowledge that they receive it but what they do with it we have no control over.

When you set up a Deal Alert, look over to the right under Send/When. Under "Send", there is a drop-down menu which has 3 options ...
1. Email
2. Private Message
3. Both

Select "Both" and see if you start to receive PMs (private messages) informing you of matches to your deal alerts ... if you do receive the PMs but not the emails, then it is your email (as Mr. SD mentioned above).

Seems like this is happening to me too. I guess all should be good if i move the alert to be sent to my gmail account.

Let's hope for the BEST!

That's the problem

I am back to getting them. What I did was to go over to my subscribed threads and delete all the old ones that I didn't have to have any more. After that I started getting them again. I guess I had reached some kind of limit or something. Maybe?

As for Hotmail, why would I be routinely getting them and then have them suddenly stop and just as suddenly start again? I am not a tech person, but that just doesn't make sense to me logically.

Thanks for all the help.
