The Center for Survey Research at the University of Massachusetts Boston is looking for adults to participate in a 10-15 minute survey by mail or on the web.

We are looking for people who:

* Are 35 years old or older
* Have NEVER had colorectal cancer

Eligible participants will be mailed $10 to thank them for completing the survey. A select group will have the opportunity to earn up to $20.

Do they identify themselves as this being for research and that we inquired about it? Just wondering because I had what I considered a sales call last Friday. I think she said she was from Advanced Wellness and it was about a colon cleansing product. I hung up when she said I needed to pay s/h.

No mention of a video or additional survey. Just that the survey should take 15 minutes and to email them if I don't have the survey by Monday night.
