Is anyone else doing the $10 bulletin board survey and not able to access it? I've now ttried on 3 different browsers,but each time the link in the email brings me back to the surveyhead website saying the survey is closed.

Their "help" says that htey can open it just fine. I"m gonna miss out on $10 because their link doesn't bring me to the right website! I've cleared cookies, run virus checks, everything!

The link was broken but surveyhead sent out a new email with the fixed link. Did you recieve this email?

Yes, I did, but those sites also brought me to the surveyhead website. They siad that my browser (IE 7) is not compatible with their site. It worked fine yesterday and always has in the past. I tried 4 other browsers, deleted cookies, checked for viruses, etc. They have not even responded to my last email sent about 1 1/2 hours ago. I guess I'm gonna be out the $10. :mad:

This company is not good. I did about 12 surveys for them. I finally had enough to cash out. You need 25.00 to cash out. I got this email today.

decision cannot be overturned and is final.

The reason for this decision most likely relates
to a violation of the Surveyhead terms and conditions.

Don't bother with this company.. You will spend your time and energy for nothing while they collect from business for all your hard work. I canceled my accoun with them. I want to inform you all so you don't go through this.

I've already been paid $75 from them in teh last 6 months. I'm not going to drop them because of problems with ONE survey. I'm making good money off them in comparison to most other survey sites.

Fortunately I saved the link for future log ins and have been able to get in yesterday and again this morning. All the links they sent me since yesterday have been duds and taking me back to their site. :mad:

For those of you having issues, try to find your original email and go in that way by copying and pasting into another window. I'm getting in just fine using Fire Fox.

Otherwise PM me and I could try and fudge up my link to get you in.

I did that too, tried all the links alog witha bunch of other things. They all brought me back to the Surveyhead website with that same message. THe links are user specific, unfortunately, but thank you for the offer. This is the first time I've had trouble with t hem and I missed out on this $10 project. Oh, well. I"ve emailed them like a gazillion times about it, so I'm sure on Monday they'll see all my complaint emails with the list of things I tried to do to get in.

I did a 10.00 one around this same time over 3 days. I'm just waiting on everything I've got out to credit, so I can cash out. I don't think I'm going to fool with them anymore.

The studies are there and say pending, but there is no $$ amount beside them.

I have serious issued with surveyhead. Recently, they "double paid" me, and put me through h-e-double hockey sticks with regard to refunding the money. The person I was dealing with was a total jerk, and frankly, I could care less if I ever do anything with them again.

I received a response from SurveyHead for payment on this project for those of you still waiting.

The three day survey has not been returned to us with the completed list but will be up loaded as soon as they do. This should happen this week. If you need anything else please just let us know.
