UPDATE: I SEND IN AN E-MAIL A FEW DAY AGO QUESTIONING THEM ABOUT THEM BEING A SCAM/FAKE AND ETC AND GUESS WHAT THEY PAY ME TODAY VIA PAYPAL.

Who knows you might or might not get pay I guess I was lucky.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I cash out with $26 which took along time because you must have $25 min to cash out. They said each and every survey is check before putting it in my account then I get this e-mail saying there some "irregularities in your account". Don't waste your time with this site they just want money. Better off staying with sureyspot because this site is just a waste of time.

Dear ________,

We have reviewed your recent request to cash
out funds from Surveyhead. Due to
irregularities in your account, your cash out
request has been denied. Unfortunately this
decision cannot be overturned and is final.

The reason for this decision most likely relates
to a violation of the Surveyhead terms and conditions.

This is one survey site I'm not a member of but, I would email them back asking if they could specify the irregularities....Obviously they found some (or think they did) so they should be able to explain what they are. Then I would go and write a brief report to survey police.
Hope it works out!

This is at least 5-6 people reporting the same thing, so I'm also believing this site must be a scam.

Looks like they have lots of recent complaints on Survey Police.

I tried that website, I realized early on that this was another OTX special website. Nobody ever does the OTX surveys so they are all over the place right now. When I did the surveyhead thing, I nothiced almost every survey was OTX. I only saw one other which was from a different survey company. I gave up on surveyhead. They are ok if you have time to spare, but if you are looking for real cash. Just close your browser and look elsewhere.

I did well with them for a while, and then as soon as I got closer to $25 (at which you can cash-out) they would keep my surveys as "pending" (so they would not have to credit me) even though I would get emails saying they were reviewed and credit given. When I would go to my account the credit was not given. I was at $23 like forever it seemed. Be wary, they are coy. I unsubscribed from them, and never looked back.

you might want to stay away from Survey head, takes way to long for them to pay and you always have to contact Survey Police about them! (i always had to) try FocusLine they are like Survey Head but much better and faster at getting your payout and they don't keep you dangling in the pending status forever.

That might be short-lived. Found this on Focusline's site...

Focusline.com has expanded! We are very excited to announce that we've expanded and are now partnered with Surveyhead. The founders of Surveyhead are the original founders of goZing; a company that paid out over $7,000,000 in cash rewards to people who took online surveys. Together, we are looking forward to bringing our members even MORE cash paying survey opportunities.

angelicmind
03-29-2009, 12:11 PM
ya they merged and I knew they were partnered with SurveyHead, but Focus Line pays out fast so maybe SurveyHead is on it's way out totally and there will just be Focus Line, something sure needed to be done cause SurveyHead was horrible. I notice a lot less OTX surveys on Focus Line also.

Hmm About 2 months ago I cashed out 25 and I was paid thru pal pal. I havent reached another cash out point so I hope this is not the case. But they did pay after quite awhile.

Just so that people know, not everyone is having problems with them. I couldn't do the last project that I qualified for because I couldn't access the bulletin board But I have been paid $75 from them in the last six months, which is more than any other survey company has paid me in that time frame with the exception of sunshine rewards. And I am within $2.00 of cashing out again. So I would definitely disagree with the post saying that it is a scam.

I thought it was a legit site. I appeared to be something along the lines of Surveyspot. I have $21 right and $11 pending. Thanks for the warning though, I hope mine will go through but I don't know since I wasn't on the site for about 3 - 4 months.

The first time I cahsed out, it took FOREVER to get the money in my paypal account. The second time I went to cash out, the cash out button would not work no matter what computer I used. I sent them an email and one of the reps cashed out for me and I had my money in about 2 weeks.

It IS a legitimate site. Yes, they do take a long time to approve payments for surveys and to pay once you cash out. But I would rather it take them a long time and get paid eventually than to have the site go under like so many others have. My guess is that they are making sure that they are going to get paid before promising us the money. Many survey sites and rewards programs go under because they pay their members (us) before they get paid, then the companies don't pay them for whatever reason and the rewards program/survey site itself goes under as a result. That is when I see long threads of people saying "they didn't pay me!"

I hope they do see this thread because they have got to stop treating people like that . We work very hard and use our valuable time doing these surveys and its not fair for them to not pay

They did pay me although it took a while. Also, I did an $8 survey that was pending for like 3 months and when I sent an e-mail questioning them, it credited all of a sudden. I don't bother with the 1-2 dollar surveys, most of them are OTX as it was said before. I hate OTX because they are always longer than what they claim and you spend like 25 minutes before they tell you sorry, you didn't qualify. However, every once in a while they do offer better surveys but those usually take a while to credit. I don't like the fact that you have to accumulate $25 while other surveys pay per survey. It's still better than surveyspot though. I never qualify for anything with SSpot.

I saw that you needed $30 to cash out and when I had it I asked for the money. They said it would take up to 2 weeks to get the money. The money was depostited yesterday in pay pal. I already have pending $10 towards my next pay out. I don't think it is a scam as I did get paid and I am able to complete some surveys.

I cashed out for the third time on 3/23, got paid on 4/14. It takes me a long time to cash out with these guys because I willnot do OTX unless the payout is at least $5.I went to their site this morning and they had 4-$2 surveys and none were OTX(yea), they were Global Test Market and Hotspex. I dqed on 3 but this is a nice surprise!

I was looking through some old messages in my inbox and saw one from gozing which I'd completely forgot had existed. I went to the site and logged in to find that I had $25+ in buy.com GCs in my account but I cannot find a way to claim them. I tried their contact us forum and couldn't get a message to submit. Is this a lost cause & does anyone know how I can get in touch with them?
Thanks.

Wow, gozing, was my first survey site and then all of a sudden my email and password wouldn't work, I gave up and moved on, I'll vote lost caused with them...
I get an error if I try to login, contact them, or re-join...

We have received your request to cashout funds. Due to irregularities in your account history, we believe that your request in not valid and is therefore rejected. Please review the surveyhead terms and conditions.

It took me about a year to earn 25 dollars. I took a survey for 10$, 5 were given to me just for signing up, I made around 2$ by completing my profile. The remaining 13 dollars I earned it very slowly and I believe honestly. I have no idea what irregularities they are talking about.

They are not a scam they simply SUCK! I am deleting my account today!

I requested a $25 PayPal cash out on 4/23 and received payment 5/8. :yummy: Although, I'm still waiting on $10 from an online discussion from 3/28 which isn't showing up yet but they are well aware of the situation through me and Survey Police.

I've been waiting forever for them to credit a 10.00 survey I completed so I can cash out. A couple of weeks ago, I finally get a email saying choose orange or some bull crap to receive credit. I did that now the survey is still pending. I do not like Survey Head at all.

This sounds like a highly effective option. I've never used Surveypolice, but hey, it sounds more than worth a shot. I'd do both simultaneously unless it got to the point contacting Surveyhead gave me an intense headache lol. Then I'd solely contact Surveypolice.
