Thank you for responding to our posting on Craigslist. We are looking for adults (18 or older) to provide funny, realistic, and at times, very sarcastic explanations to life's common or very uncommon events/ circumstances.
The Project: How well can you explain your way out of a given situation in one sentence?
As an example, (Males) What explanation would you give to your wife/ girlfriend immediately after she found lipstick on your shirt collar? (Guys, if you cannot successfully respond to this situation in one sentence without stuttering, these surveys are not for you.)
Sample Responses
1. "Kim" at the office retired today and she gave me a big going away hug.
2. That's not lipstick, its sauce from the pizza I ate for lunch
3. This woman, wearing 6" heels, tripped and fell towards me in the elevator and marked up my shirt
Another example, (Females) Your boyfriend of one year asks you to co-sign on a loan for a brand new Mercedes Benz. What explanation would you give to get out of it? (Sorry guys, I know this is an easy one for the ladies)
Sample Responses
1. I was raised to only co-sign for my HUSBAND
2. Me no-speak "co-sign language" and if ever you ask again, I'll Kill Ya
3. I'm pregnant and we should put all money towards the baby
Each survey consists of forty (40) questions. The selected participants will be required to read questions and provide three different responses to each question. Participants will earn $10.00 for completing each survey. All pay will be issued via PayPal upon submission of the completed survey.
Participant Registration Process:
Below you may find two questions for you to give three responses to each question. If your answers are along the line of what we are looking for, we will send you company contact information and a nondisclosure agreement. The non-disclosure agreement, in part, prohibits you from releasing any information without survey author's written consent.
Email or fax us the signed nondisclosure agreement and we will email you the survey. We will not release a survey unless we have a signed nondisclosure agreement that corresponds with the name on the participant's PayPal account. Upon completion and return of the first survey by email, we will send a payment to your PayPal account ($10.00). If you indicate that you wish to take another survey and your answers are consistent with the responses that we are looking for, we will send you Survey Number 2 and the process shall repeat. Therefore, access to all future surveys is based upon the quality and originality of your responses.
Timeframe:
Surveys are to be completed and returned within 48 hours. Any survey not returned within two days will be considered abandoned and you will not receive compensation for late submissions.
