Description
Simple, Sync, Share
Dropbox is a storage application and service operated by Evenflow, Inc. The service enables users to store and sync files online and between computers. Dropbox has a cross-platform client (Windows, Mac and Linux) that enables users to drop any file into a Dropbox folder that is then synced to the web and the users' other computers with the Dropbox client. Files in the Dropbox folder may then be shared with other Dropbox users or accessed from the web. Users may also upload files manually through a web browser. A free Dropbox account offers 2 GB of storage.

Key Words : Windows Only :crying:
I know there are other alternatives... but for those not needing massive amounts of cloud storage, this solution works well

Nope, it is supposed to work with Mac and Linux: https://www.getdropbox.com/tour#3
OP: You should've mentioned that you get referral points via the link.

I actually do not get any points or reward at all... just sharing for the community.
Yes, the link is a referral link but I do not get anything because I had referred all of my friends and family previously to use Dropbox. You do not get points, money, rewards or anything from getting referrals, you only get an additional 250MB of storage space per referral but it only gives you a max of 3 extra gigabytes (which I have already acheived).
The reason I posted this though is because using a referral link ALSO gives the person signing up an additional 250MB of storage on top of the free base of 2Gb, resulting in 2.25Gb starting storage ;)
So I am not trying to benefit myself through this. Just wanted to clear that up because this is not for personal gain. I am not the kind of person that would take advantage of SlickDeals and do that :cool2:

try idrive (http://www.idrive.com/), same deal. provide them with some some 5 temp email ids at the end of signup and you will get additional 10 GB :D

If for some reason that doesn't work, pm.

Yeah, I understand that ;) but I explained the situation earlier and am not taking advantage of the forum for personal gain. I had already maxed out my possible free storage space because of referrals before I even posted
Meaning... the only person benefiting is someone signing up. Because it is free and they will automatically start with an extra 250MB because they used a referral code to sign up. :cool2:

AH I wish I had maxed out! That seems like an easy way to get some more storage!
