then click update
thats it,if it doesnt work retype something like your zip code then update,should work

I'm not sure how this happened, but I started off with 30 gems and I now have 50. I went into my account, changed the zip code, update, changed the zip code again, update. Before that, I clicked an email from Pogo from March 21, when I bought some gems (had to have a new Spring outfit. :D ) So I think something worked for me.

It worked for me.. I went in and changed my zip code, hit the update button, and got an error message, used the back button and put correct zip in and hit the update button and got the 20 free gems.. THANKS!!! repped

It worked on my wife's account. I think buying gems is a big waste of money--I think they should let you buy premium badges with tokens. <shrugs>

:bigeye:There are a lot of people who are disabled,elderly and the like who love playing pogo,not only for the games but for the socialization aspect as well.
It is really none of your business how they spend their time or money.

Do you have CC info on file? I did and it worked great for me. My Dad doesn't, it didn't work for him until I added the information. Got them gems then deleted it. Hope this helps! :)

Exactly! I fit the disabled part of that. Besides most of the time money I make from surveys is what pays for my pogo extras. :D That and it's still cheaper then going to the movies.

The credit card on file is my sisters. She pays for both my account and hers (her way of getting me to play against her when we are both online).

Changed my zip..got an error message..scrolled down a bit...changed my zip back to the correct zip and voila! I'm the proud new owner of 20 gems!!

I just checked and was charged $1.00

I just checked mine and there is no charge on mine except my regular club pogo membership which renewed at the first of the month. No other charges.

I did mine a few days ago and no new charges on my credit card
