I commute a lot and get an oil change once a month. My 2004 SUV has 222,000 miles and no problems yet (cross my fingers) -- Jiffy Lube has been good for it!

A tip for those with AAA and in states where tax is charged: I often forget the coupon for the $5 off, and have found that my AAA card gets me the same discount, give or take (basically, it covers tax). YMMV
