Don't worry... If you're sure you saw that it was 15%, then it most likely was.. I also received only 15%, so it must be that sephora only gave the 15 dollars off to certain people :(

Did you call? I did and the let me just take $15 off over the phone. They saw that I had not used any $15 off code. So, they pulled up everything that was in my cart and placed the order. :)

That is so sad that ppl would cheat others like that :( But, mine did say USED already when I tried to use it online. The lady also said it had been used already and they were going to investigate the codes because I guess it happend alot.
