You received this email because in the past you have indicated an interest in applying to be part of some of the consumer research we do here at Baker St.
This one is for an incentive and it is for you OR someone in your household between the ages of 10 and 14 (if you, yourself, are between the ages of 10 and 14 please get a parent’s permission to take this survey, about family entertainment). Only one person can take this survey, but it can be either you or someone between the ages of 10 and 14.
If you prefer to not take the survey, with your permission, we would love to have anyone in the 10-14 age range in your home---or someone you know---take this survey in the next day or so. The survey is about family entertainment, current or new.
We are looking nationwide for some consumers to participate in this fun online survey. The survey should take around 12 minutes, we estimate, and it is likely to fill up fast. The first 250 respondents who are eligible and who complete the entire survey will be emailed---to this email address--- a $10 Amazon.com Gift Certificate as a thank you for their feedback. By the way, once a person is in the survey, there is no need to hurry with their answers. Once he or she has started the survey, the answers count, if they complete the survey in the one sitting. Please allow about 4 weeks for processing the GC, which will come to this email address.
Note: there are certain age range and other demographic factors we need for this particular study. If you or the young person you invite to take the survey click on the link below, and start into the survey and you get past those first few questions and are eventually shown a brief idea for a possible TV show we want your responses to, then you qualified for the study and will receive the incentive. If, however, the survey ends before you get to the idea then, sadly, this particular study required a different demographic. Maybe next time!
