I have deal alerts set up and used to get them. Now I don't get them. I have it set to 3 thumbs up in hot deals? Anyone else ever have this issue? They have been renewed, but still not working?

Do you have it set up on a keyword, or just any thread that is 3 thumbs?

(You should ask the mods to move this to the right forum)

Did you accidentally mark one as spam? That happened to me once and all future alerts went to the spam folder.

Wow. Looks like everything is right... :dontknow:

The only thing I can think of is double-check to make sure you have the right email address registered to SD. If that's not it, hopefully the admins can figure out the problem for you. Is it possible SD could have gotten blocked on your current email addy? If you have more than one email address you might want to try switching to another one.

Good luck. Sorry I wasn't more helpful. :(

Hotmail has issues with deal alerts. Do you use Hotmail?

Yahoo can be wonky, too - maybe they've started guessing that the deal alerts are spam? Maybe try a gmail account and see what happens. I've had Yahoo block emails before that were legit because they came from an ISP that was deemed to be a heavy spammer.

You could set the alerts to go to "both" (email and PM) ...
that way, if there is a problem with your email, you will know it as you will still receive the PM notifications of your DA's
