You could have used it even if you collected a bonus on your other Chase account as long as you did it in the last calendar year. This particular coupon says the bonus is 'one per customer per calendar year'.

These coupons are also in the mover packet at the USPS, but it is only $150. Still a good deal if you are going there anyway to get an account.
