Oh cheapsk8mom that is too hillarious and soooooo true. I had not seen that site before today and I have been sitting here laughing myself silly with tears in my eyes at some people's comments. I had never given it much thought but when I first bought these I bought 10 boxes before the target deal and my kids blew threw those like no other. I was upset that they were just pigging out on them. I would have one or two here and there a day and thinking back now this info explains alot! LOL Our family was experiencing bad gas for a while and non stop it seemed like haha to think all this time that it was the fiber one bars causing it. My kids and all of us were complaining about how gassy we were lately. I love the taste of them though lol catch 22 there. Now we only have 24 more boxes in backstock to cycle through ROFL Thanks for the info I will be sure to warn the family and that's crazy that the box actually does list the warning and I never read it. :lol: :lmao:

I did the deal at Target for the GC and had been eating the bars and toaster pastries and muffins for the past few days. Man I thought something serious was wrong with me because I never have that much gas. I guess all that fiber isn't agreeing with me. :shake:
