thanks I got this. FYI, in your profile there is a box you must check if you want to participate in product tests. Mine was unchecked for months and and I just checked it about a week ago to try for PT. Did not know it was unchecked!!

Has anyone received points for suvey J6W5402- 1350 points?
I completed this survey almost 2 weeks ago and it is still listed in my surveys available. When clicked it states I have already completed it.
Emailed Marie-she state I will receive points soon if I hadn't already.

I had 5895 points listed as completed in 2009-but balance showed only 4985. I emailed Marie and she stated I had some points taken out of my account in April and put back in :confused: so the 4985 is the correct balance. I again emailed I cashed out in Dec.08-the surveys and points listed in "my history" for completed surveys 2009 is 5985 how could it be 985 points short? Said she checked my balance it is correct.
