Possible Target deal?

Does anyone know if I can stack the Bliss coupons from Target (to get free chocolate) with the Manufacturer's Coupons (from my local Casey's) for a free 20 oz. bottle of Dr. Pepper, 7Up, A&W, Sunkist, or RC with the purchase of 2 candy bars (1.6 oz or larger)?

I have used this coupons at Walgreens on their 20 cent discount bars (less than 1.6 oz) with sucess, but have never tried it at Target. (The bliss bars are only 1.3 oz.) Any advice?

Where can I get a coupon for free Bliss?

You can get a Target one from afullcup.com.....the manufacturer Qs were out on smartsource earlier, but they are now gone. They were also in an insert a couple of weeks ago.
