The return to Ravenhurst code isn't working for me; system says that the coupon doesn't work for anything that I have in my cart. The others seem to work just fine. Something I might be doing wrong?

I have exact same issue with solitare on vista home.

I have Vista home, everything works for me.

Try setting the compatibility to XP. That has corrected issues I've had with the games, in the past (seems to be graphic issues, mostly).

I wonder if the code expired on 5/31. None of them worked for me today.:(

I downloaded this about a month ago and it will work on my XP but not Vista. I emailed them and told them I was having and issue they said they are working on a fix and gave me a new code to use on any game.

um all the other games work fine... except that ONE. ??? and i would have to clue how to change to XP.... :dontknow:

The last one that I had with an issue in Vista was the Mahjong Eternity Towers. You don't switch to XP; you switch the compatibility of the game program to XP.

R/click on the game program icon: Properties->Compatibility-> Run this program in compatibility mode for: XP. I can't remember if I also changed the screen resolution in that tab, as well. Any change you make here is reversible and will ONLY affect that game program--nothing else on your machine.

YMMV but yes, it could be just one game that doesn't work :)

My problem resolved (top 10 solitare) after applying service pack 1 to vista and reinstalling the game.
