Okay... my thoughts on key usage... If you don't use it, you LOSE it.. and holding onto it doesn't mean that you'll even be OFFERED the cool campaign that you may want to join WITH it... SO, there's really no point to having the freaking thing other than to cause torment and help weed out a few agents who may not "really" want a campaign

While I know this, I seriously doubt I won't get offered another "keyworthy" campaign (or 2) in the next 11 months, so I'll take my chances.

I use my keys...I was able to get in on the Sonic care and the remote without a key to get them..its a gamble I know using your keys...But I sat on two keys as 4-5 campaign came and went when I first started with Bzz and was never offered a campaign without the use of the key..I am talking the TV guide..the Grey Poupon time frame....once I used them it seemed I at least got one in four of the campaigns..and if its an item you can use/enjoy bzzing it I don't feel bad about using them..

Its a judgment call...I gambled and got two wonderful campaigns with the toothbrush and remote and don't regret not holding those keys at all..lol

I have two... something like 11 or 12 away from the next and I still can't pull the trigger on using it. One shampoo campaign at a time for me. I mean seriously... do they want us pairing them against each other or something? We like one and not the other so much so it affects our buzz... I have the same people I buzz about most things... they'd think I was a nut case pushing this one and then all of a sudden here I am with another shampoo running on about how great it is.

I am in Off and have not received it yet. Shipping is usually painfully slow. You sign up all excited to bzz the product, then it takes about 3 weeks to arrive on average. Could be sooner, but not normally sooner than 2 weeks. Bzz uses a fulfillment company to do the shipping.

My account at mypoints is unable to be pulled up. I had close to 35,000 points from bzzagent. I have a number of gift cards I am trying to use up, and I guess I should have ordered some sooner. I sent an email for support and the e mail was acknowledged twice and it said that it could take a week for investigation. It has been almost a week. I think that maybe it may be because of issues with my e mail, as sometimes e mails do not get delivered and get bounced back. I am now switching to G mail.
Has this happened to anyone else? I hope they are good about following through and getting back to people. I do not think that there is a toll free number is there? I hope it has a happy ending. Perhaps I may need to involve bzzagent? I am a bit worried about losing my points!!

Bzz agent won't be able to do anything about MyPoints. MyPoints are usually pretty good at dealing with problems. Are you not able to get in at all? Did you maybe just forget the password? Have you tried having them send your password just to see what happens?

most unfortunately - from many different sources, I have learned never to let points sit around that could be gift cards or let gift cards sit around that could be product. Once too many times I have had a gift card deducted from for not using it or the company goes under or they just stop taking gift cards. I've also experienced where for some oddball reason your account is closed and you can't even get to the points to get the gift cards. And in the wonderful case of the totally dispicable Boomertowne - they just never send the giftcards and run away to live in the islands with the money they owe everyone.

I hope this gets fixed for you.....

I'm also unable to access my account. I've tried resetting my password but the reset email never comes...I checked the junk/spam folders...nada.

I didn't have THAT many points, but still, would have been nice to get something for my Bzz efforts.

I ordered $300 of gift cards from mypoints in February and finally got them in May. Bzzagent won't help you (at least they didn't help me). As you said they do write back, so just keep writing to them and it should eventually work out.

That would have been back when shalomalamadingdong was going on and we got Bzz points transferred over to MyPoints at a higher rate per point at the time. Lots of us ended up with several thousands of MPs.

Yes- in the MYPOINTS POND. Not the Bzz pond. Two separate things.

Don't even bother contacting Bzz about MP issues, especially MP account issues. They will give you the hand and tell you to contact MP. Seriously. Just keep on MP about it. And with the rates of points for a GC constantly going on, there is no WAY I would sit on that many points! Since Shinola they have gone up at least 4 or 5 times already, if you didn't cash them in yet you are likely looking at a 40% increase. Meaning, what was 1,000 MP for a $10gc is likely now 1,400 or 1,500.

Crud.... I am nervous that I may have somehow cancelled my account. I went to the Agent Support page to report my missing Bzzkit, and it instantly went to the "close account" page, and said... they should contact you before they close it. I did try to close mine last year and shortly after I was contacted by Jono asking why and if I was certain. I changed my mind and they left the account open.

I called with a couple of questions the other day and inquired as to why I had never received invites to any makeup or haircare campaigns and was reminded that I did get the JF invite but it was full when I responded and the same for the first MF campaign. Those who got the first MF campaign also got the second (or so I was told). Anyways, the Got2Be came up and that's how I found out why I wasn't invited....I guess they don't think 44 (ahem, 39) year olds fit the Got2Be image, LOL.

Weird. I wasn't home today, but got home to a "sorry we missed you" USPS delivery confirmation for BzzAgent. I never had to be home before to get one of their packages. I wonder if it's the OFF! campaign.

Nope... it's just like when you use regular windex when you spray and wipe, only the windex is already in the pad so you just do the wipe part of it!

It will say it in the corner in green ( above the 'GO' button ). I just found it myself, you kinda have to click around because there are a LOT that are 'Agent Submitted'... happy hunting.

I'm a level 6, I haven't submitted any of my L'oreal reports yet. I thought the package was Cover Girl. The letter said "Surprise! We appreciate you, here's a extra Bzz Kit. Thank you" (well, that's the short version) Sometimes I don't get certain campaigns or go long periods with no campaigns at all, and get bummed. But, over all Bzz has been really good to me, and my family, friends and co-workers love to hear about my campaigns.

Today's inserts have 3 Off coupons. $2 on the Off Clip-on, $1 for the refill and .55 on any Off item. Walgreens has the Clip-on this week for $8.99 with a $3 register reward. I also saw it on roll back at WalMart for $6.87.

Hmm, nevermind my post above. I guess the beta just ended, and now BzzScapes is incorporated into the main Bzz site. I just logged in and the page is all revised. I don't like it so far, I liked the old interface better. Not a big deal though.

Okay, so hopefully I don't get yelled at by anyone, but seeing as how I'm new to SD and to bzzagent, I just wanted to say that I got my first offer today for the aveeno! ....again I miss out on bzzkits....I wish they would make this more clear about how and why you get them. when we had to fill out that survey eons ago about what perks we like best - of course I said prizes, but I also said the bzzkits. I was getting a bzzkit almost every time (no, not sonicare) for a couple years. I was always in the top 20 agents and thought that was why. I have not gotten one since shalongadingdong and they never make clear who and why these perks are given. at least we know you don't have to get to level seven to get them....

Ok, I'm confused about this buzzscapes thing. It says I have to add 10 buzzscapes before 5/31/09? That seems like a lot of work to do before then, or am I missing something? Do I have to add buzzscapes every month, or is it just for the sake of receiving honeycombs? Will I be punished or likely not receive as many campaigns because I'm not being a good worker bee by doing these 10 buzzscapes?

I don't think you are required to do it. I think it's just another way of bzzing.

Yes it's one a month. Just go to the Bzzscapes info page it tells you everything.

I have NEVER gotten a bonus kit . . . not once in all my years buzzing (almost 2 years now . . . wowzers!!!!). So, I have no idea how people get them, otherwise I would be doing what they are doing. :bounce: I am not going to complain with all the campaign loving buzz is giving me. I did a Bzzscape last night and added 10 things to complete it (Southern Living Magazine) I was awarded the 6th level right after submitting this. I also received credit for my other reports almost immediately. Never received confirmation this fast before...
Still waiting on the Off and Aveeno kits to arrive...

With the Bzzscapes, you can add one item to an exsisting product or you can create your own with 5 items. You have to do either 10 times. It's kinda a pain, and I notice some have no point. Like the Apple one for instance, it's just a lot of pictures and not much info.
I even saw one for the Red Sox. So I guess it can be about anything you like. :dontknow:

What should I create a BzzScape on?

The simple answer is just about any brand or product you can imagine. From Apple to XEROX. As long as it's a real brand or product go for it. Make sense? And one other thing to keep in mind is that say, for example, that there's already a BzzScape for Apple and you wanted to do one for the iPod. Well go for it! Every product within a brand is up for grabs!

You and me both ...but you have been my SD friend since forever so lets find out together....if we can get mypoints and bonus combs I'll figure it out with you....I was invited to the preBzz campaign on this ..ya know I just kept thinking of that terrible ( gosh what was it) posting on the large board it was supposed to be a collage of peoples Bzzes or oh I forget...anyway it only lasted about 6 months or so...I know others will remember that ...at least this is more like frogpond (that was welcomed with a large crashing sound in the room somewhere) but we have gotten the idea and actually I like it now...
I will look into it and the more I learn I'll keep in contact with ya about it:heart: :heart:

If you do 10 they are worth a honeycomb piece. I did 10 because I was 1 comb away from level 5.. In the future I don't know if I will do them or not ...

I just checked out Buzzscapes for the first time. It looks like a lot of work for a honeycomb.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... since I hit Hotel Bzz-afornia (aka Level 6) I am not as motivated to write reports or do frog ponds or figure out BzzScapes. What's the point? I'm still getting campaigns, I still do the surveys and I still bzz everything - but there's nothing pulling me up the honeycomb other than keys which I burn as soon as I have a chance to.

Hrmmph. :mad: I retract my earlier Bzzscape love. There is no Nannerpuss, and no Denny's!! And it does seem like a lot of work for little reward. Maybe I just need to give it more time to get into the whole groove of it, but right now, I am not exactly pleased. JMO.

Not necessarily. I checked my info the other day, and it said my Off kit was "in progress", but I had received it already. Me thinks they are just slow at updating. :)

I haven't received my OFF! BzzKit yet either (which a lot of people already have). Has anyone received their Windex BzzKit yet (nope, haven't received it either)? I'm in Florida...maybe they're shipping in phases and Florida's closer to the last phase than the first.

Also supposed to be able to set it on a table near by. But what's the point of wearing it if it *Takes awhile* every freaking time you move. Kinda pointless. Off spray or wipes would be better at that point.

Yeah it took me so long to get my first invite- but I signed my mom up and she got her first campaign within ONE WEEK! Go figure! At least I got a campaign and then very quickly started to move up up up!
