IIT Online Research Survey with Prize Raffle
If you are over the age of 18, you are invited to participate in a research study exploring how the occurrence of certain beliefs may impact one’s life. You will be asked to complete an online survey that will take approximately 15 to 25 minutes. The survey will ask you about your demographics, (e.g. age, gender), mental health history (e.g. Have you ever received treatment for a mental health problem?), and questions about thoughts, feelings, beliefs and life satisfaction. All responses are confidential and will be used only for research purposes. Upon completion of the survey, you may sign up to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of several prizes, including one grand prize of $200, three prizes of $50 each, and six prizes of $25 each.
