I tried it last night between 10:30 - 11:00 p.m. CST and was able to sign up. I don't know if the time is random.

a heads up ? so if one person is online and their friends are not they give them a heads up so they can get in on the good freebies thereby minimizing the chance on missing one of the good ones ?

It says on the bottom of the coupon "Walgreens" in red (small) but it's a Manu coupon up to $1.39 exp 11/30/09
