I'm at it once again. haha . This one is for the Lucky July 2009 issue. On the 4th 2-page ad in the magazine (no page number since its BEFORE the table of contents for the magazine - the table of contents first page is actually on the back of the ad) there is a 2-page Perricone MD ad. At the bottom of the page it says:

do we need to bring the magazine to get the sample? Or is there a pdf coupon or something we can bring with us and show them? Thanks~
