This is the only forum I visit that when you click on a forum thread link, it opens the new thread in a new tab - as it should - but then the link opens in the current tab as well. This is very annoying. Is there anyway to turn this "feature" off?

My current fav browser in Mac OSX 10.4.3 is Opera 8.5, but the same thing happens with Safari and Firefox.

Make sure you're clicking on the text of the thread title. Clicking on the area around it (which uses some magically Javascript) produces odd results.

Thxs for the reply. I just tested your suggestion. ... Unfortunately, the pages still open in both the new tab and the current tab, regardless of where the link is clicked.
