I always use toc@surveyspot.com and never have trouble getting a response. It's always helpful if you have the original survey email invite, so that you can paste it in to the email or forwad it to them.

yes, I have received payments in the past and they are prompt to post the amount and issuing checks. I guess it takes about 10 days from the time you request payment to receipt of check. In my opinion this is one of the best survey sites in not maybe the best.

Thanks so much for your help! Yes, that's the survey. I wish Surveyspot didn't give me so many problems. BUT, its not a bad website for surveys. your2cents pays like a dollar for 40 minutes. Laughable. Surveyspot pays, but sometimes is a pain in my a--
I got an email back from SurveySpot, they said that they saw that I did the survey, yes, it would pay $5, and if I didn't have it on my account in 6 weeks, to email them again to be properly credited.

I don't know if it's so much 'sneaky' :hide: over a possible glitch that they SHOULDN'T have the link valid if the damned thing is full. Hell, if I had a nickle for every paying survey that I get at least half way through and they've met their quota....

I do it all of the time.
Same, I do with with non paying, and ones that I know won't lead to anything. The only non paying ones I do are about "green" based stuff. I figure if they see a high base for wanting "green" products and services, everyone will wise up and realize it's cheaper and more economic!

This is yet another reason why NOT to do free no pay surveys. I would guess all surveys are paid, but only a small fraction of their users post on here. So, we would never know how much they are offering to another user for the same survey. These are the exact reason I will not do free not pay surveys, if everyone stopped doing them then we would start to see money for all surveys. (Yes, even in these economic conditions!)
Power to the surveyors!!! :weight:

Got the $5 in the mail the other day(Saturday, maybe?). Don't remember them changing it from $5 to $10, though. Guess I'm glad I missed it because now I'm not bummed they only sent $5. There were two different bodywash pts going around at that time. The 5 bottle/$5 one, and another that was for $10 that only sent one bottle.

What was the survey provider? I know OTX does pay if they route you to a different survey (although they're pretty bad and SurveySpot tends not to use them). Did you get sent back to SurveySpot first? Or were you still on the survey provider website?

Still on the providers web. It was orig. about Restaurants, but switched to Grocery stuff.... Not sure who the provider was though. Speaking of that....are there any providers to beware of or any that are better to do than others or are they all the same? I know I don't care for the OTX ones.

But paypal takes some away when you recieve it or transfer it to your account. so getting a check would be full money
******** If you have paypal make sure you don't have it set to a "Business Acct" because they will remove money for fees,,,, change it to a "Personal acct" = no fees
:)
I am thrilled that they are doing Paypal!!

You can still get full money if you create a separate PayPal personal account, you still have to get it verified by either qualifying for a PayPal plus credit card or linking your bank account with your papal account.

It's something the PayPal sender has to set up on their end before they send payments. They can elect to absorb the fees instead of passing them on to the person receiving the funds. I NEVER get charged by Lightspeed or Opinion Place when I receive PayPal payments and I have just a regular old PayPal account.

Update: After ignoring my frantic pleas throughout my time in the session, the moderator sent me a private chat screen right at the last minute apologizing and claiming that I'll be paid; luckily, I screen capped that before it vanished. It lead me to a Keynote evaluation, which I DNQ for. But I have done these before for other survey companies and they pay fast but require you to install their software on your computer. Not a big deal for me but some people might not want to do that for a survey.

I received a similar one. I did the survey for $15 which was on choosing a tax preparation software. Next they offered me $50 if I would prepare my taxes with the software I preferred in the previous survey. I said no. I've had other Keynote surveys in the past that wanted me to interact with my bank account and told them no on those too. Even though they say it's safe and secure I don't feel comfortable or want to take the risk with my information.

I'm a little perturbed at the 15.00 one. I clicked the link from my email and it told me I needed to use IE to complete the survey. I was using FireFox. I opened IE and pasted the link and actually completed the whole survey. At the end of it, it said something to the effect of "if we found you completed this survey in good faith, you will be paid 15.00". I closed the window and it took me back to Survey Spot. That page said "even though you weren't eligible to complete the whole survey, yada, yada, yada click for your chance in the sweepstakes". I did that and it said "sorry you have already completed this survey". Something tells me I won't get paid...
All I did was paste the link in IE and started the survey..and another thing..I wasn't signed into survey spot on IE. How did they even know who I was..

I just did exactly the same thing 5 minutes ago!!! And, of course, after I completed the survey, they told me I don't qualify (even though I told them we prepare our taxes online and we did no do them yet). Anyway, I would not use any of their crazy software to do our taxes, no matter how much money they offer to us.
I am getting a little upset with this survey thing here. I have completed lots of surveys, which some of them took longer than 30 minutes, and all I get is entries to the sweepstakes or instant win game (which is more entries to the sweepstakes game). Today, I answered only to the one with taxes, because they said I could get over $15. But after they offered me the instant game thing at the end, I am sure I won't reply to any of their surveys!

I would advise you not to do surveys that do not pay. Most will not lead to PT, and you are wasting time as well as allowing them to get away with stealing your thoughts and opinions. Simply click the link and click back and that non-paying survey should be gone.

Well first if they know your going to do sweeps entries then they will send them. But I can't remember if we had any demographics to fill out before we joined, but you just might not be in the same demographics they are looking for at the moment.

I didn't get a check yet, but you can e-mail them at ShellyR@crresearch.com.
I am not sure if they were going to send the check, or if it was going into our surveyspot account.

Wow, after taking an hour long survey for $20, I clicked submit and the page came up that said "sorry that you didn't qualify". I emailed customer service with my complaint, and when I logged in this morning, I had a reply from them in my inbox and they have already deposited the money into my account. I wasn't expecting that at all
