I am in the children's one right now but I did another one about a year ago and it was set up the exact same way. You answer the questions for that day in the am and the moderator or other participants can respond to your answers, so you have to go back later to check and see if any more questions were asked of you.
Then you do the same thing each day for the rest of the study.

A major manufacturer of personal care products would like to invite you to try a Bubble Bath product for 10 days. We would like you to use this product in place of your normal bubble bath for a minimum of 3 times during the 10 days test period.

I emailed them and they told me there was no money attached to this survey. I have the paper right in front of me from it and it says when returned I would get the $5. And they also claim I didnt do the follow up survey but I remember doing it because I told them I liked the product but not the smell etc etc and I put the survey in my completed survey folder so i'm sure I did. They are refusing to pay me even though i'm sure I did everything I needed too. I already explained all this to CS. Any ideas?

If you have scanning capabilities, scan the document and email it to CS. As far as the follow-up survey, this is when screen shots come in handy or if you can specify exactly what day and time you did the survey, they SHOULD have log on their system of when you took it.

The only other resort is Survey Police to sift through all of this. And once again, you will have to detail the chain of events.

That happens to me all the time. It sucks they are never looking for me.

Can someone please advise me or suggest what do to. I did a $5 acne PT and survey several months ago... I still never got paid. I emailed them and they told me there was no money attached to this survey. I have the paper right in front of me from it and it says when returned I would get the $5. And they also claim I didnt do the follow up survey but I remember doing it because I told them I liked the product but not the smell etc etc and I put the survey in my completed survey folder so i'm sure I did. They are refusing to pay me even though i'm sure I did everything I needed too. I already explained all this to CS. Any ideas?


I think I did this same survey and PT, returned the PT like requested and did the follow up etc. Never saw the $5 either. HOWEVER, I looked at my account today and there was $5 in it, said it was Skin Care Study, with a date of 5/18/09. Must be from that because I didn't do a skin care study recently, let alone yesterday. Check your account and maybe your $5 will be there too?

Hey Jules, have you done this one yet? I was off the internet all of yesterday and was BOMBARDED with SS survey invites- of course they were all for no money, but nevertheless will try some and see if any eventually pay the big bucks! :yummy:

I did this one too, and haven't gotten payment yet. I did it on APR 30th, so i would imagine that its still too early for payment, but that was also my first invoke ever so i dont know how long they typically take to credit.
