How does this thing work? I have signed up with SheSpeaks for about a month now and all I got were 2 surveys about my family and about my parties.
I can see Member product reviews for Ghirardelli, Garnier Fructis and Covergirl. Then I have a Poll and a Blog section ...

Hmm. Something's really weird with SheSpeaks....I did as suggested and clicked the Contact Us button and strangely enough they had the magazine survey link within the response email they sent me (1 day later) and the magazine survey is mysteriously there on the "inbox" now. I'm sorry, but if you're doing all these surveys, product tests, etc., and you're intentionally/unintentionally snubbing people because you're not as together as you seem on the website, then something's really wrong. While we have assigned members to these programs, we have not sent out all of the invitations. So please stay tuned! I got the email to apply, but I'm trying to maintain a PMA (positive mental attitude). So, since I know there are parties at my house involving ice cream all the weekends they offered, sure, you can come to my party, too!

Unfortunately, it is totally up to She Speaks who decides whom they send out invitations to. I would not give up hope just yet as I still had not received anything on the ice cream party but think demographics might play a part on this one.

I wonder if they'll pick people in waves. Usually I get picked later by SheSpeaks for product tests - so wonder if they'll do it the party the same way, - throughout the next couple of days. I'm hoping - nothing on my page yet. Although I've never been denied a product test by them that I got the original application for... hoping it's the same with the parties though.
