Look for an Ocean Spray email inviting you to join the Ocean Spray Insiders Club. From what I understood, they're basically reformatting the previous Cranberry Community Club. You must fill out the survey linked in the email to qualify (I think the link was user specific).

What information is required to become a panel member?
A brief member profile is the only information required for joining the panel. Your member profile will include basic contact information and vital data – gender, age, household composition, and education and some purchasing patterns.

What are the benefits of being a panelist?

You can influence decision makers at Ocean Spray about existing and new products
You will receive exclusive research findings for your participation in some projects via the Quarterly Newsletter.
For each survey that you take, you will be entered into a sweepstakes to win cash prizes
You will be privy to information about new products before they are released.
You may receive new products to evaluate
You may be invited to attend focus groups or other special events.
You will have the opportunity to discuss topics of interest to you online
You can propose topics for future surveys that are of interest to you.

How do I complete a survey?
You will be e-mailed a unique URL address for each survey you are invited. Simply click on that URL or cut and paste it into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online. Survey length is closely controlled to minimize the use of your time.

How long will I have to complete each survey?
You will typically have anywhere from 72 hours to one week to complete each survey.

How many surveys do I have to complete?
We encourage participation in as many studies as you are invited to take. For each study you complete you will be entered into a draw.

Will I be able to select the types of surveys in which I participate?
Yes. In the member profile, when you tell us about your lifestyle and interests, we will use that information to send you surveys that fit your preferences.

How long will I remain on the panel?
You may remain on the panel as long as you choose to participate. Members may remove themselves from the panel by sending an e-mail request to support@oceansprayisnidersclub.com

Will my profile information be sold to other companies?
The Ocean Spray Insiders Club information is not sold or distributed to any company. All information is strictly confidential and privacy is guaranteed. Panel Questions

Are there any prizes for filling out the survey?
If there is a prize or a contest being offered for this particular survey, you will find the details in either your study invitation (e-mail) or within the study itself. Be sure to read the information provided so you are familiar with the terms and procedures for the prize fulfillment.

I’ve been disqualified from the survey. Why?
Each panel is made up of a number of categories with a specific quota to ensure the accuracy of the data. Based on the answers that you have submitted, one or more of the categories that you fall into has been filled.

Miscellaneous Questions

Am I still registered in the panel? I haven’t received a survey invitation for a while.
Surveys are often sent depending on region, age group, gender, or other criteria. When a survey matching your profile is launched, you will receive an e-mail invitation. If you have not received an invitation, it is most likely because there have not been any studies released that match your profile.

Did you get my responses?
If you would like to ensure that your responses have been received, you can click on the survey link when you are done. A message stating that you have already completed the survey will appear.

It's not on my page either. I checked early in the day and again last night and nope, still not there. Would you please either post or pm me if you hear back? I guess I'll just keep checking also. I hate it when companies make us go back to their site to do the follow up or type in the link that they include with the product. I would rather they email the follow up survey to us - that way I don't forget it and knowing me, I will!

Hope your label wasnt put on someone elses box like mustangs had. Something tells me the date is wrong in the letter. We are suppose to test for the next week or so and i didnt get mine til friday or saturday. Thats only several days to test. I dont have survey available yet either. I would let them know you didnt get it.
