i finished the survey too..i dint get my check..i did not give my SSN..i just said ON FILE...can that be the reason y i dint get it??

If you have given them your SSN number in the past and you said ON FILE, then there should not be a problem with getting paid. If they do not have your SSN in their records and you indicated ON FILE at the time you took the survey then yes it would be an issue with you getting paid as according to their FAQ, it states that if they do not have your SSN on file, then they cannot pay you for the survey.

ohh..thanks for the info..i was afraid to give my SSN.. so i did not give my SSN, instead said it was on file..

I used Survey@livewireresearch.com when I contacted them about a survey I didnt get payment for previously. Her name is Denise and she is usually pretty fast with replys. Also make sure that you are a part of the Livewire Panel because otherwise they wont pay you.
