I have it. It's without a doubt the best FPS on the Wii. That doesn't mean it's perfect, but it is solid. I think it deserves an 8.5/10, and IGN gave it an 8.6/10.
The single player is not phenomenal (some consider it great, some consider it solid, some consider it cliche'd and uninspiring), but the multi-player is where it shines. It has Wii Speak capabilities (but only with friends or friend of friends) and 12 player action.
It has some of the best graphics on the Wii and the controls in the game are phenomenal. It has the most customizable control scheme in gaming, period. Mouse + Keyboard may be easier for aiming (though some would argue it's not better as it requires comparatively less skill) but the Wii remote is very intuitive in The Conduit.
You can read reviews for it, but you really have to give it a ten points or so higher than it gets on average because it suffers from Wii Syndrome. It's not actually compared against Wii games, it's compared against PS360 games. So when people review it, they wonder why the graphics are jaggy or why there are only 10-15 enemies on the screen. Against a PS360 game, sure the graphics don't stand out, but for a Wii game it's amazing what HVS has done. If you want a better representation of how normal people enjoy the game, check out reader/player reviews. Metacritic has a 9/10 for The Conduit on user reviews (70 votes). Amazon reader reviews give it a 4.5/5. I've talked to dozens of people about the game and while many didn't think the Single Player was 10/10 material, most found the multi-player to be a blast.
I fully recommend the game, especially if you have only a Wii. If you're addicted to another PS360 FPS like CoD, Killzone 2, etc. then you may not find The Conduit to be anything super-special. If you're a Wii owner, an old-school FPS gamer, or somebody who has never played an FPS before, The Conduit is a great game. I've played FPSs for 10 years- played Duke Nukem, Quake (1 and 2), Descent (1-3), Doom, and recently gotten into CoD (4 and WaW), Quake Live, and TF2 and The Conduit is still a fun game for me.

I've played it. The multiplayer is kind of weak. I'm used to the cod games.

If you are new to FPS, like I am, this game is TIGHT! I played COD Modern Warfare on my brother's PS3 and it had too much going on. This game is the best game on the wii!
