ANNOUNCEMENT
Medela is currently looking for mothers interested in helping us out with a product video/photo shoot. This video will be available on our website as well as a stand alone DVD. Pictures from the shoot may also be used in our merchandizing/advertising collateral.
There are two different opportunities for participation detailed below. If you qualify and would like to participate, please let us know which option you are interested in and answer the following questions associated with that option. We will then choose from the entries the moms we feel are best qualified and will contact you if you've been chosen.
Submissions for both of these options must be turned in by end of day Friday, June 26th.
Option 1 TESTIMONIAL
We are looking for Moms that live in McHenry County. These moms must be Medela FREESTYLE BREASTPUMP users. They must have pumped with Freestyle 2x/day for the last 6 months.
Medela personnel (about 5 people) will travel to your residence the day of the taping and you will be interviewed on Freestyle and your pumping habits. This interview should take no longer than 30 minutes.
If you are interested in Option 1, please:
* Provide your Name and Address
* Tell us about the activities you do while pumping with Freestyle
* Please choose one from the following
o I work full-time
o I work part-time
o I don't work/stay home
* Provide us with a picture of yourself
* Tell us your availability on days the weeks of 7/6 and 7/13
Compensation for this option is $100.00.
Option 2 IN USE MOTHERS
We are looking for Moms that will travel to the McHenry/Woodstock area of Illinois. The moms have to be Medela Pump users and have to be actively lactating.
This session involves the mother actively pumping while Medela personnel take video and still pictures. Because we are asking for pumping mothers, there will be nudity from the waist up.
If you are interested in Option 2, please:
* Provide your Name and Address
* Provide us with a picture of you (clothed from waist up)
* Tell us your availability on days the weeks of 7/6 and 7/13
Compensation for this option is $200.00.
