The same way. Just find where you want to post and create a new thread or reply to a thread.

As Jex said, just click on either the 'New Thread' button at the top left of all forums to start a new thread like this one, or on the 'reply' button on posts to reply to that post.

As a new member, though, your posts may be 'moderated' for a short while (keeps out spammers ;)). So if your thread doesn't show up immediately just be patient. The mods are usually very quick to approve and get them posted.

Also, if you haven't already, you might want to read through the SD FAQ Megathread (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=81227&t=511057) that's stickied at the top of this forum. Lots of useful info, especially for those new to SD :)
