Hi, I'm new to this board. I got here by searching for "ConsumerSay Registration"...I wanted to see if anyone else thought this was an odd thing....

I'm a member of Lightspeed and got this invitation today. Like everyone else, I thought it was great up to the point where they asked for my bank/credit card online login information. You've got to be KIDDING me! Nothing is worth giving out that info! I can't believe they'd even ask for that. I did send out a rather irritated e-mail to "Lauren" and I'll be curious to see the response.

I started filling out the form to join and when it got to the page for me to fill in my bank account info, I just stopped. No way do I give that out.

As for why you didn't receive any compensation, I went and read their entire FAQs and they track your spending habits. If you don't spend, you don't get paid. Or so they say.
This reminds me of those other surveys I get sometimes wanting me to give out my online info for a company to track my cell phone habits. It wants all the log in info, plus my cell phone info, and I never give it so of course I never qualify.
