PI-Opinion is a small social science research firm working on behalf of non-profit organizations on how Americans think about issues of public interest. No specialized knowledge is required, but for this project you must be a native speaker of American English.

Our research does benefit worthwhile causes and most people find it quite interesting.

I went back to the signup page and this is what it says now:

don't cancel if you got an invite, go for it. i didn't cancel but i guess cause i didn't budge they budged for me a little while ago i was going in her to see what happened only 1 other person has the same message as me. go figure.

Thanks, smidge, but I didn't get the invite. I signed up through angel's link. I tried to cancel it, but needed a password that I neglected to write down since I planned on being home for the call. I emailed them about canceling and they never responded, so I don't know if they are going to call or not. :)
