There are no direct benefits to you for participating in this study. For taking the time to participate in this study, and if the majority of your dive team for each particular dive completes an on-site post dive survey, you will receive a $5 Amazon.com e-gift certificate. It is important that the majority of your team completes the surveys in order for the responses to be valid assessments of the team’s experience. Remember, your participation is completely voluntary; there is no penalty for non-participation. Further, you may withdraw from the study at any time without consequence. However, you will only be compensated after (1) you complete the initial online survey, (2) you complete the on-site post dive survey, and (3) the majority of your team completes the initial and post dive survey.
