Dear Angellique,

We are excited to announce the launch of the Toluna panel community in North America! Toluna.com has replaced the Your2Cents website. Your membership information and reward points have automatically been transferred to the new Toluna site. Now, you dont need to wait for an invitation to give your opinion! Log in to http://toluna.com using your personal Your2Cents username and password, and tell the world what you think by responding to surveys, polls, or opinion topics, or create your own.

Be sure to visit the tutorial at http://us.toluna.com/tour/Site/us/index.aspx if youre in the US, or http://ca.toluna.com/tour/Site/us/index.aspx if youre in Canada, and FAQ at http://toluna.com/Help.aspx for tips and tricks on how to navigate and use the new site.

Please know that several enhancements to the community are coming very soon, including:

More reward choices for point redemption, in addition to cash rewards; the value of rewards offered for survey participation will remain the same
Spanish language access to the US version of the site and profiles (now called personal interest surveys)
French language access to the Canadian version of the site and profiles (now called personal interest surveys), as well as profiles tailored for Canadian residents

We look forward to seeing you on http://toluna.com soon!

Sincerely,

The Toluna Team

If I am not mistaken, way back when before Toluna, and only the Your2Cents on their own, I would get the max on the survey "winnings".

For example this is an invite from a most recent invite:

"EVERYONE who qualifies and completes this survey will be an Instant Winner of $1 to $3. If you qualify, your account will be immediately credited with the equivalent number of points, where $1 = 3,000 points, upon completion of the survey.........This survey should take about 25 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. Please respond as soon as possible - this survey is open for a limited time."

Prior to Toluna If ALL my profiles were done, I would receive the $3 - no questions asked. But now is a guessing game if I burn 25 minutes of my life for a shot at $3 or a measly $1. The last few I have done I was the lucky winner of a buck! (with all my profiles up to date).

I don't see any improvement here? And because 3000 is such an attractive number as opposed to a buck? I don't think so. :nono1:

66,500 points waiting to se how much money just sent email. It says on the site 30,000 points is ONLY $10. Your points right now is only a lil over $20- you can only cash out in $10 increments.
It takes forever an alot of surveys to get 30,000 points an its only equal to $10 bucks.

I am in total disappointment today after a run to the bank with of course a $10 check from Toluna drawn on MY bank which was REJECTED! Chase now has an awesome ATM where you can actually feed the single checks in for deposits without deposit slips, etc. Anyway, the red lights came on and thought I screwed something up but did NOT because the other three checks flew without a hitch.

The last time I attempted to cash a check from Your2Cents back in March, my bank manager had to get on the horn with Your2Cents and straighten it out. I felt bad for him having to be on HOLD and god knows what else for a measly ten dollar check. :vomit:

This is total bullshit that I had to wait two months to begin with on this check and now have to make another trip to my bank when it's opened only to inconvenience them again. The worse part about it is I have TWO more enroute that I might see by Halloween.
