Free Full Plate Diet e-book, advance copy, http://www.fullplatedietbeta.org/freebook.php

In July 20,00 people rushed to site for advanced book copy. Results so overwhelming that they have put an e-version of book up.

About Book:

All diet books believe they are unique but you’ll notice the moment you pick The Full Plate Diet up there is something truly special about it.

It’s only 160 pages long and is loaded with four-color appealing text design that makes it feel more like a diet guide than your tradition diet book. This book is full of information and examples to tailor your lifestyle program. With 110 color photographs and pages of small type in short supply, you'll be able to thumb through it, get the concept and try the diet at your next meal.

Many health experts, including us feel that nutrition plays the most significant role in stopping cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity.

Can eating the right amount of fiber rich foods cure our biggest and mostly costly health ailments? Could something as simple as eating the right amount of fiber rich foods help your son slim down and feel good about himself? Could a diet high in fiber allow you and your husband to gracefully grow old together and enjoy good health along the way?

We’re convinced the answer is a resounding YES.

The final, polished book will be available in January of 2010 for $19.95. If you would like to pre-purchase the final version you can do it anytime between now and December 15, 2009

Release of actual book, January 2010, $19.95!

Not sure how long will be available on website in e-version
