Simply log onto www.benihana.com/childrensclub (http://www.benihana.com/childrensclub)and fill out the form with the child’s name, birthday and address. We’ll send them a special postcard that they can bring into any participating Benihana during the month of their birthday for a FREE souvenir mug of their choice with the purchase of any Children’s meal.
