I got a shampoo/conditioner (pantene) PT over a month ago from Synovate/Marie Brighton that said use this for 2 weeks and we will email you survey. It's been well more than 2 weeks (almost a month) and no survey.

I got shampoo on june 25th but also got the followup on July 15th, good luck :)

I thought that I have seen the instruction saying to use it for 4 weeks. Let me search for the instruction when I get off from work.

I called and they said that I got it from a partner, but, box says synovate. She said that I should get an e-mail in the next day or so. Now, did anyone get paper towels?....

I thought this might be from Valued Opinions, didn't know for sure tho. I got it around 4th of July or so, so it's just over the 1 month mark for use (instructions sheet said 4 weeks of use.)

I got the shampoo and the paper towels. Still waiting for the follow-up questionnaire.
I'm thrilled I got two PTs at once but I wish I'd get the floor steamer or vacuum.

I got the shampoo/conditioner too. Still didn't see no follow-up either. Wonder what is going on there. I hope they send it really soon. I usually email them to find out what the problem is. I hope ot's nothing too bad. I really enjoy getting these survey's from them too.

I did my follow up for the shampoo a couple weeks ago. I thought I was also getting the steam cleaner P/T but nothing...wonder if I should call?

I thought somewhere I remembered this PT for Pantene would be worth $20, not the $2 my survey said today. Anybody else remember a higher amount?

Just got the follow-up shampoo survey for $2. Don't remember being told an amount previously. Also got the follow-up paper towel survey yesterday. I think that was also $2.

nah. i got 2 kits and the surveys were both for $2. the most i've ever gotten from one survey from Valued Opinions is $11, if i saw a $20 one i'd remember

Wow - that's never happened to me. Was it suppose to be eaten with a meal? And maybe it really wasn't a DQ. Very strange and hope you get your credit for it.
