Found this in craigslist for testing the new TransLink card on muni: -
ARE YOU READY TO RIDE?
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) invites you to participate in its trial phase of TransLink on Muni.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
You'll receive a complimentary TransLink card which you can then load electronic cash and/or a Muni Fast PassŪ onto in order to pay your fare on Muni trains or buses. You will also be eligible to periodically receive prize incentives!
WHAT DO YOU GIVE?
In exchange, all we ask is for your feedback. If you experience any incidents or problems when you use your TransLink card on Muni & let us know! Report any questions or concerns to the TransLink Customer Service Center. You may also be asked to respond to occasional surveys regarding your riding experience.
NOTE: TransLink is not yet available on cable cars. If you currently use a Fast Pass to travel on cable cars, you should continue to purchase a paper Fast Pass until TransLink is available on this system.
