Put up your feet, sit back and relax. 20/20 Research is bringing the focus group to you!
We are currently conducting a research study (#90295) regarding Mom's Feeding Habits and would like to invite women across the country to participate using an online bulletin board. A bulletin board is a new, cutting-edge way to conduct market research. It allows you to participate from your home, office, the local coffee shop or any place that has a high speed internet connection.
The online discussion takes place: August 14-September 8, and will require going online 1-2 times per week for 3 weeks, at your convenience, to answer questions posted by a moderator.
For your time and participation you will be given a $225 online gift card. As always, any information that you provide will remain strictly confidential. To see if you qualify, please click HERE to answer a few brief questions.
Please use the forward to a friend button in the upper right hand corner to forward this to anyone who you think may be interested!
If this e-mail was forwarded to you and you would like to be contacted directly about future studies, become a member of our Panel by clicking HERE.
No sales or solicitations, ever. Strictly research!

You can only participate once every 6 months and 20/20 will not give you another one within 6 months after your previous participation. I have participated in one of their previous online bulletin and they play fast. Good luck.

Did anyone get called on this? I got a call yesterday but they just asked the same questions as they had asked in the survey and then told me they'd forward the info on and if I was what they were looking for, they'd call me back. What was the survey prescreener for if they needed to call me and ask the same exact questions again? Maybe I don't fit what they are looking for. I don't know. They actually interrupted me in the middle of my making homemade pizza. My hands were covered in dough and I really shouldn't have taken the call at that time but I did. Only to have them say they'd get back with me if I was what they were looking for.
What a waste of time.

I have been participated in a few focus groups including 20/20 and it's a normal practice for them to call and repeat the questions that have been asked in the screener. I believe that it's to check if you have lied when you filled out the screener or not. Also, they want to make sure that you can communicate effectively with someone you don't know. It may be frustrated especially when you are in the middle of work. I also have experienced 2 or 3 times saying that the quota for my profile have been filled after I answered all the questions. The researchers said that they would call back once someone canceled. Of course, it seldom happens but most of the researchers are very nice and some of them are very talkative, we chat about something else before hang up.

I am sure they won't call back. And I know after thinking about everything I told the woman, I know there were things I didn't describe correctly and I wasn't sure of the exact "product" I use since I recently changed. I didn't have it in front of me and like I said, my hands were covered in dough. My husband answered the phone and just handed it to me knowing I was busy and really shouldn't have taken the call. I wasn't in the right frame of mind to really concentrate. It all happened at once and now I regret answering the call. I should have asked them to call back. Oh well.

Maybe it is not just for you this time. There's always hope in the future. I have seen so many people talking about how many surveys, PT, invokes...and I seem not to have even half of them. There's nothing I can do because it's my profile which may not fit in or I'm too late to receive or find the surveys. I just enjoy share my experience and voice out my opinion on some interesting topics, of course, it's always nice that I can get some compensation for my time.

I've done studies for 20/20 in the past, not within the last 6 months though and when I've completed the survey and they've called, they've told me on the phone whether I've been accepted or not. They've never told me they'd call back if I qualified. That's why I questioned it. But obviously I didn't although they could have just said so rather than making me think they might call back. Anyway, on to another survey or study.:D
