Is anyone else having difficulties with this survey site? First, I did a survey about a week ago that was SUPER LONG and at the end it said I was a instant winner of $1 !!!:mad: :mad: :mad: Then today I completed a survey on credit card use that took about 20 minutes and at the end it said I didn't qualify:mad: :mad: :mad: ..I KNOW I completed the survey and did NOT disqualify for it. I emailed them so we'll see. Just wanted to know if anyone else is having problems since they switched to "Toluna"???

Not worth the time or trouble. I did the survey as well and it said page cannot be displayed. The only reason that i did a couple was that i had money in the account. When they changed over from my 2 cents they have a point system. I cashed out ten dollars about 2 months ago and never received the check.

Robert from the Bronx, they take 4 ever 2 pay u about 2 months . Outside of this, i never had much survey problems.

I am always the "winner" of the lowest amount no matter how long the survey is. :( And they do take forever to pay - at least 2 months or more.

I was doing really well with them and just recently sent a request to cash out. Since then I've had the same thing happen to me (got all the way through a survey and then got a DNQ message.) I emailed them a few days ago. No response yet. :mad:

I can barely do the surveys they send me to. it's been alot worse getting through the surveys since they switched to toluna. :(

Same, I received mine yesterday as well. Wish they didn't make the switch, really enjoyed the way it was. :(

I finally received the check I requested over 4 months ago for $10 today...WTH!?!
And I agree with all of the above comments...the same things have happened to me. It's frustrating to sit there for 20 minutes and only get $1.

I wont waste my time on this company unless its a possible PT, their "winnings" are few and far between and many times I have also felt I completed the survey only to be told DQ'd..... not worth it if you ask me

Thankxxx for the info guys. I guess I'll let this site go, too. My time is worth more than $2/hr(or less:mad:) . There are plenty of others to do that pay better.

Exactly. I've been waiting since 8/17 and 9/14 when I got the same message after completing two surveys - I have yet to see the rewards and they never reply to emails. Looks like I'll have to call.

Got the same message for a survey on 9/27 and on 9/1 for a 5 minute survey.
I just want to get my last $1 so that I can cash out. Maybe I can get my check before Christmas this time :lmao:

Doubt it, I'm still waiting on a check from the beginning of July. Was supposed to be received by Sept. 16th. They don't return emails when I inquire about it.

I also always get the lowest amounts.
I requested a check a few weeks ago. It has an estimated arrival time of November 14th. :lol:
I don't think I'll do anymore surveys with them.

Watch out for survey 6582. It took me 30 minutes and was incredibly boring, only to get up to 99% done and have Toluna give an error and not credit the points. Surprise surprise.

I can never get the surveys to load. Always gives me some kind of memory error. I've contacted Toluna twice and they still haven't solved the problem. Anyone else have that problem?
