Anyone else having problems with this site/survey? I got the email today where I had to verify that I signed up, but I couldn't open the books site and the survey at the same time because you have to open the books site through the survey site first which canceled out the survey that I was trying to answer questions about the book site. What a joke. Finally I opened one with Firefox and one with IE and it worked.

Plus, I'm so confused with the screen name, sign in name thing that I don't even know what is what. I'm not impressed so far.

They keep sending me the verification survey, but I have already done it, and I can't get the "test" site to open from the link on survey savvy.

Yes, it happened to me too. But, I finally figure it out and find it pretty cool. The sign in name is your ID and the screen name is the one that other people see. There's a community that people can exchange book. I have 2 members send me messages to ask me to be their friends and they sent me their books right the way. I'm testing it the 2nd day and I really like it, wondering how much is the fee for the actual access. I know someone who would be interested in it.

Have you access through surveysavvy? I found out that I need to login to surveysavvy and click on the link to access. Loading time is quite slow sometimes. I would like to tell the owner about that but there's nowhere to enter comments in the final survey.
