u have to have an ON card and u have to spend so much, BUT if you dont receive the bag, tell the cashier and they will typically give you the discount anyways

you dont need the postcard thingy to get in on this deal. it's the "stuff n save" event. you need a credit card from ON or GAP and you get the tote and everything you can pack in it for 20% off.
