They do this every year and they often have some very creative new cookie recipes to keep up with the times and trends as well as old favorites from childhood.
I order this every year and pick at least one or two to use in my cookie swap. I also send a copy to another cookie swap member so he (yep, a guy who bakes!) can help me choose which ones to make. We try to have a nice variety.
You know the funny thing is is, a lot of the recipes that we get requests for each year are ones we got from manufacturers. For example, if we didn't make the Carrot drop cookies with orange juice butter cream icing each year, we'd have a riot on our hands. That recipe was on the back of the Gold Medal Flour bag when we were kids. I don't know if it still is, but if anyone lost it and needs it, PM me anurlhasbeenblockedu a copy and send via email or xerox a copy and mail it to you. Gold medal just calls them Carrot cookies which sounds like nothing terribly special but they are always the first ones people grab out of their tins when we pass them out!
Thanks OP! 4 reps to ya!
