Generally, you may browse our Web Site without providing any personal information about yourself, which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your name, address, age or email address), which we refer to as "PII." However, we may ask you to provide us with certain PII when you register with us or at other times, such as if you request a free sample. We may also ask you to provide us with demographic information or information regarding your interests, hobbies or similar information. Providing us with information about yourself is completely voluntary, and you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of or participate in some of the Web Site's features.

We may also receive information about you from third parties. For example, a co-promoter or sponsor may provide us with certain information, including PII, about users that choose to participate in a promotional opportunity the co-promoter or sponsor is offering in connection with Granola World.

In addition, when you visit this Web Site, our web servers automatically collect web site usage information. Web Site usage information is anonymous, aggregate information that describes how our visitors use and navigate our Web Site, and it includes the number and frequency of visitors to each web page and the length of their stays. We also collect the anonymous information automatically sent to us by your web browser, such as browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page visited prior and subsequent to visiting our Web Site, and IP addresses (see below for more information on IP addresses). We also may determine the technology available through your browser in order to serve you the most appropriate version of a web page.

I signed up for this before I read the posts. Oh well it does look like spam but it really doesn't matter. They don't ask for an email and my snail mail is already filled with junk. A little more won't make much difference LOL!
