Was this your comment or from something you posted? I didn't have to enter a SSN. I'm not whining but there's no way I'd be entering mine for a survey site

I put 'On File' since that was an option. Of course, it isn't on file. Didn't care to give them my SSN either..it was a very short survey, so no big loss if I don't get paid.

LiveWire is a great company !! You don't have to give them an SSN on line...you can call ....request a mail in form. Don't want to do that ... leave the survey and forget about this company .... I'll fill it out !!

They will "qualify" you even if you are not a member. But, they will only "pay" you if you are in their database as a member. Just go sign up. I had a similar problem and received the following from their CS rep and they "eventually" mailed a check out to me.
I can pay you for your past participation if you now go to www.joinlivewire.com and officially register with our panel.

By the way, I did put ON FILE when they asked for my SS# if that info helps as I only had to suppy it to them when I first signed up with this company.

I know some of you were concerned about whether you would be getting paid or not so rest assured if you had provided them your SS# when you first joined or after taking your first paid survey, then there should be no reason why you would not get paid.
