but when i tried to use this with my free prints i get a message saying "The coupon you entered cannot be used with this order." Is anyone else having problems getting free shipping?

yes i had the same issue, however i have two accounts on one account i randomly got it to ship me 50 free by putting pictures in that i uploaded months ago and then removing them and keeping the pictures i uploaded today ( it will let me order anything i uploaded previously for free but not new uploads)

OK JUST TRIED AGAIN AND IT WORKED EVERYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE RETRY IT LET ME ORDER MY NEW UPLOADS
