Great deal, thanks. Melatonin is a very effective aid that doesn't cause a huge hangover like most sleep aids. However - I don't believe that there is a simple way to regulate the "correct" amount of this material. It's also a precursor to many other brain-regulated chemicals so it's best not to take too often without medical supervision.

Melatonin is effective from my experiences, and my patients. What a bad name for a product though.

Thanks OP great find! Melatonin is good and is said that if you don't need it, it won't affect you in any way. However, some people experience very vivid dreams/nightmares when taking melatonin and it is also noted that if you take it long term it can cause short term memory loss, (which is thought to go away if you stop the melatonin). It works well for me though.
