An innovation research firm is seeking frequent business travelers for a PAID study on hotel stays. Participants will keep an online diary during a business trip; requires use of laptop and digital camera. Compensation for qualified participants is $200.

You must have taken 5 or more business trips in the past 12 months, within the US. You must have an upcoming business trip and be staying in a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn for at least 2 nights.

Please answer all questions below. This is an invitation to see if you qualify. Not all will qualify. If you are likely to qualify based on the information you provide, we will contact you by phone with a few additional questions to confirm qualification.

* average room rate paid per night -- consider your last 3 business trips

* hotel choice: a) do you have input; b) are you the sole decision-maker; or c) does somebody else decide?

* names of 2-3 hotel chains or hotels you stay in most often on business trips

* what is the date and US destination of your upcoming business trip? (if more than one trip is scheduled, please mention all)
