Am I the only one that just noticed this? No wonder I never get called. Is anyone else getting in 20/20 studies more often than once or twice a year? Just curious!

20/20 Research is in the business of conducting market research, the results of which are used to improve products and services. Our company provides a way for you, as consumers, to make your thoughts and opinions known to the corporations that provide services and create products that you use every day.

A Few Things to Note

♦We are a qualitative research company, which means we primarily conduct discussions or one-on-one interviews; we do not conduct large surveys.
♦As a member of our panel, you will be contacted when a study we are conducting matches your profile. When contacted for a study you will be asked to complete a short screening questionnaire (either on the telephone or online) to determine if you qualify for the project.
♦Important! Our panelists are allowed to participate in research discussions with 20/20 Research once or twice a year.
♦Because we understand your time is valuable to you, we usually offer an honorarium as a way of saying thank you for your participation in our research studies.

They call me quite often, but I live in Murfreesboro, TN, which is only 20 miles from their headquarters in Nashville. They typically want me to come in for in-person focus groups. They normally pay $50 to $150. It wasn't convenient for me to get to them in the past, but now that my kids are old enough to stay home alone after school, I might start doing them.

I did one in January or February. I have gotten called the last couple months for two different online focus groups but the quotas were already filled.

I've been applying for them all year and finally got one last week and am doing it this week. I knew that you could only do a focus group for most companies once every 6 months. It seems the general rule of thumb for all of the big ones.

Smidge, I didn't know you got one too! Congrats, I know we thought we'd never get picked! LOL

I have participated once in June/July and it's the first time I applied for an online focus group. I believe that it's a matter of your demographics and location to determine if you are qualified or not for the study. Of course, that's luck if you have applied fast enough before the quotas are met.

I have qualified for 2. I have been with them just uner a year. When I do qualify for them they are always interesting, pay well, and check arrives promptly! Worth the wait.

I did one for them about 8 months ago and I've tried for a few recently but nothing yet. I'm keeping hope...
