Recently you completed an on-line survey about cat litter and agreed to participate in the trial phase of this research study. This note is to let you know that you have been selected to participate! Thank you for your willingness to participate--the manufacturer is very interested in your opinions.
During this trial phase, you will be asked to use two different Fresh Step Scoopable cat litter products. You will use the TEST FIRST product for a two week period and then the TEST SECOND product for a four week period. After trying each product, you will be sent surveys asking you to share your opinions with us. For completing these surveys, you will receive ZoomPoints!
You will be receiving your TEST FIRST product on or about Friday, September 25, 2009 via UPS. For this phase, you will be receiving two boxes of cat litter in separate shipments. You are receiving two boxes of the TEST FIRST product so that you have enough litter to maintain a full and clean litter box over the first two week trial period. The packages will have a return address label of Expedite DMF from Arden Hills, Minnesota.
